Hong Kong Arts Festival and China Shanghai International Arts Festival co-sign Memorandum of Understanding
Charles Lee (back row, right), Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Festival, and mainland officials look on as Tisa Ho, Executive Director of the Festival, and Chen Shenglai, President of the Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival, sign a Memorandum of Understanding on 22 August expressing the mutual intention to strengthen cooperation between the two Festivals. The Memorandum is drawn up within the framework of CEPA, and will enhance the existing amicable and collegial relationship between the two organizations, who are both founding members of AAPAF (Association of Asian Arts Festivals) .
