The price of discounted tickets will be rounded up to the nearest dollar on each ticket.
Once the booking is made, tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Patrons who book tickets during Counter Booking period must check their tickets before leaving the booking counter.
During Counter Booking period, each local full-time student may purchase up to a maximum of 4 student tickets per performance at the URBTIX outlets.
Persons below 6 years of age will not be admitted unless stated otherwise.
You are strongly advised to arrive punctually. The management reserves the right to refuse admission of latecomers and re-admission of audience members who leave the auditorium. The management also reserves the right to determine the time and manner of admission and re-admission of such person.
Student ticket holders must produce valid proof of identity (local full-time students) for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
The holder of a "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" issued by the Government of the HKSAR may book one half-price concessionary ticket for each performance.
People with disabilities must produce valid proof of identity (‘Registration Card for People with Disabilities’) for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
Concessionary tickets are limited and bookings will be dealt with strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the event of refunds for cancelled or postponed events, the Society will be responsible for refunding the purchase price of the tickets and the refunds will be made to the holders of original tickets only. All handling charges collected by URBTIX and other entrusted ticketing agencies, as well as any ticket delivery charges, are non-refundable.
The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Limited reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes and seating arrangements. Should there be such changes, the Society will update the relevant information on its website so far as practicable.
Patrons in booking tickets and selecting seating should know and expect that different seats have different viewing angles and effects. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd. / the programme organizer makes no representation on or warranty whatsoever for the quality and viewing effects of all and any seats in the venue for the programmes irrespective of the prices of the seats.
