In-venue Performances
Counter Bookings: 2 Feb 2021 (Tue) onwards
From 10:00am on 2 February 2021, HKAF tickets for in-venue performances are available for purchase at all URBTIX outlets and through URBTIX Internet Ticketing Service, www.urbtix.hk. Tickets for performances at the Freespace are available through West Kowloon Cultural District (www.westkowloon.hk).

- Xiqu Centre and Freespace Ticket Office – Tickets to performances at the Freespace are also available through the Xiqu Centre and Freespace Ticket Office. Payment in cash, credit card (American Express, MasterCard and Visa) and China UnionPay Card (Hong Kong currency only) is accepted.

- URBTIX – Call URBTIX Telephone credit card booking service at (852) 2111 5999. Service is available daily (10:00am - 8:00pm) until one hour before each performance.
- West Kowloon Cultural District – Call West Kowloon Cultural District’s Telephone Bookings Hotline at (852) 2200 0022 for HKAF tickets to performances at the Freespace. Hotline operates daily (10:00am -8:00pm)

Standard Tickets
During the Counter Booking period, each patron may purchase up to a maximum of 40 tickets per transaction.

Student Tickets (only for local full-time students)
Each student may purchase up to a maximum of 4 student tickets per performance at the URBTIX / West Kowloon Cultural District. Proof of identity has to be shown for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.

Tickets for People with Disabilities
Each holder of a 'Registration Card for People with Disabilities' issued by the Government of the HKSAR may book 1 half-price concessionary ticket for each performance. There are only a limited number of wheelchair seats and half price concessionary quotas in each venue and these will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of identity has to be shown for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.

Discount Scheme of Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Hong Kong Sinfonietta and Yip’s Children’s Choir
Discount tickets are available at all URBTIX outlets for full-time students, senior citizens (aged 60 or above) and people with disabilities.

Via URBTIX
Tickets purchased by URBTIX telephone credit card booking and on URBTIX website can be collected from any URBTIX outlets, Cityline ticketing outlets, ticket dispensing machines or by post. Tickets booked within 7 days of the performance can only be collected from URBTIX outlets, Cityline ticketing outlets or ticket dispensing machines.
Please present the credit card you used for the telephone or internet booking for authentication and collection of your pre-paid tickets.
All ticket and service fees will be deducted from the subscriber’s credit card account. The service fee is HK$8 per ticket. If tickets are requested to be sent by registered post, the delivery charge is HK$28 per order. All service fees are non-refundable. The service fee is subject to change in accordance with the announcement of URBTIX.

Via West Kowloon Cultural District
Patrons may choose to download and print e-ticket from their confirmation E-mail. They may also collect their tickets at Venue Ticket Office or Self-service Kiosk by providing the credit card used for payment, booking transaction number and email address for ID verification. They can also register for delivery by courier to a specific address, subject to an additional courier charge.

ADVANCE BOOKINGS
Period: 11 Oct (Thu) – Nov 29 (Thu) 2018
Advance Bookings for 47th Hong Kong Arts Festival will begin on October 11, 2018 and end on November 29, 2018. You can enjoy discount of up to 15%. We strongly recommend you to book early to enjoy exclusive discounts and special benefits!
During the Advance Booking period, you are entitled to the Best Seats Available and Exclusive Booking Discounts:
- 5% discount if you subscribe successfully to 3 or 4 performances.
- 10% discount if you subscribe successfully to 5 or 6 performances.
- 15% discount and privileged 2018 Festival Friends status if you subscribe successfully to 7 or more performances.
COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS - Every advance booking package worth a total of HK$900, after any discount, is entitled to a complimentary drink coupon (two coupons for a booking worth HK$1,800, etc). Redeem the coupon(s) for a pre-performance or interval refreshment – wine, mineral water, juice or a soft drink – at designated bars in the HK Cultural Centre, HK City Hall or the HK Academy for Performing Arts, during the 46th Hong Kong Arts Festival in 2018.

During the Advance Booking period, each subscriber may purchase up to a maximum of 16 tickets per performance. The underlined lowest price tickets and the lowest price student tickets cannot be booked, except for tickets to Family Choice programmes and performances with only one or two ticket prices.

Student Tickets (only for local full-time students)
Each student is entitled to book a maximum of 2 student tickets for each performance. Adults may purchase a maximum of 4 student tickets for each performance, provided that at least 1 standard price ticket is purchased in the same booking for that performance. Please note that NOT all price categories carry student concessionary prices. Student tickets are limited and treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Allocation of seats will be at the discretion of the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd. Proof of identity has to be shown for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.

Tickets booked during the Advance Booking period will be sent to you by post. You may call HKAF Enquiry Hotline at (852) 2824 2430 to inquire about your booking status.

Tickets by Courier in ALL Provinces in China
Mainland patrons may choose to have their tickets delivered to their door through ticket delivery services offered during the Advance Booking period. Patrons who book through credit cards can choose to receive their tickets by courier. With a nominal fee of HK$60, tickets can be delivered to all provinces in China.
